This Privacy Policy explains how Fruittal LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from www.fruittal.com (the “Site”). If you are located in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or other jurisdictions with privacy laws, you may have similar rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. We will honor such requests in accordance with applicable law.

We retain:  

– Order Information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders and comply with legal

obligations.  

– Marketing and newsletter subscription data until you unsubscribe or request deletion.  – Device Information for analytical purposes, typically no longer than 24 months, unless needed for fraud prevention or security purposes.
