Fruittal LLC does not claim ownership of avocado farms or offer facility tours. Mentions of “extra virgin” avocado oil refer to a discontinued product. Our refined avocado oil may vary slightly in shade due to natural variations.

Avocados are naturally non-GMO. Our Non-GMO Project Verified logo — displayed on our avocado oil labels, website, and all electronic and physical marketing and informational materials — reaffirms this fact, ensuring transparency and building trust to help you make informed choices.

You may not use the site or its content for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, harass or discriminate against others, submit false information, transmit viruses, collect personal data without consent, or interfere with security features.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Service will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
